Hypnotherapy Service Denver
Hypnotherapy involves using guided hypnosis to achieve self-improvement goals. Hypnosis allows individuals to relax into a state of deep and inward-focused concentration. In this state, the subconscious mind becomes more focused and more responsive to suggestion. With hypnosis, individuals are better able to make changes with regard to how they think about or handle situations or emotions, giving them more self-control and increasing their self-confidence.
Outside of Hypnotherapy, hypnotic states are not uncommon at all. In fact, everyone has experienced a trance-like state. It may occur when you find yourself engrossed in a good book or movie, you’re deep in thought, or driving long distances (also known as “Highway Hypnosis”). Essentially, a hypnotic state can arise as a result of deliberate and concentrated focus.
With Hypnotherapy, a trained professional guides individuals into a relaxed and trance-like state that helps them to achieve a heightened state of awareness. This new level of awareness makes it easier to work directly with the subconscious mind. While the conscious mind is prone to rationalizations, the subconscious mind is objective. With guided understanding, the subconscious mind has the ability to change existing behavior patterns.
Thank you so much for all you’ve done for me. When I look at the life style changes over the last year, I see the true success of your work with me. Bless You!

Benefits
In addition to changing and improving various behaviors and conditions, Hypnotherapy can provide a number of other benefits. As this form of therapy involves deep relaxation, it may help to decrease blood pressure and heart rate. While you may be engaging in Hypnotherapy to address a single issue, the lessons you learn during the process are those which can be applied to situations you face in other parts of your life. Learning how to control your stress response to certain events also has a positive impact on your immune system as it won’t be put under excessive duress during trying times or situations. When you are better able to take control of changes in your life, you’ll feel more optimistic, capable, and stronger. And while Hypnotherapy may require several sessions to see noticeable results, it’s still very cost effective with a high potential for lasting change.
Your Hypnotherapy Session
Each private session with Lee Rindner will begin with a questionnaire that addresses your eating, smoking, or other patterns you’d like help with. After this, you and Lee will have a one-on-one conversation for up to an hour. Lee will explain the process of hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and you’ll have the chance to ask any questions that you may have. At the end, you can request an audio copy of the session at no additional charge. At this time, Lee will provide his recommendations for further scheduling of any Hypnotherapy sessions.
Common Myths About Hypnosis
You won’t be in control of your actions or someone else can control you: This myth arises from hypnosis stage acts or television shows that depict hypnotists as getting people to act in bizarre ways or engage in odd behaviors. In reality, while you’re in hypnosis, you are fully in control of your actions and you won’t engage in anything that you wouldn’t do regularly. Participants in hypnosis shows frequently want to have fun and maybe let loose a bit, which may make them more likely to go along with suggestions of funny antics. Hypnotherapists do not control their patients, instead they act as a guide. And while you’re in hypnosis, you can’t be made to do anything against your will.
You will lose consciousness or fall asleep: During your session, you will be conscious, alert, and remember what’s transpired.
You can’t be hypnotized: As previously mentioned, everyone has experienced some form of mild hypnosis before. However, it may be more difficult for some people to achieve a relaxed, and focused state.
You can’t lie while in hypnosis: You are in complete control while in hypnosis. So you have the choice what you wish to reveal, or not, just as you would while in a waking state.
You might not be able to wake up from a hypnotic state: From time to time, individuals may take longer to return fully to a waking state. This is usually because a hypnotic state is quite relaxing and peaceful. Some people may require prompts from their hypnotherapist. But even if left to their own devices, they are still aware of their surroundings and will return to a fully awake state on their own.
About Rindner Hypnosis
Lee Rindner has found a combination of techniques to be most useful for his clients. He combines Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) with Self-Hypnosis, Positive Self-Talk, and Psycho-Cybernetics. NLP seeks to improve an individual’s self-awareness as well as their communication skills so that they are better able to change their behavior patterns. Psycho-Cybernetics focuses on replacing negative thoughts with empowering thoughts to improve self image, self-esteem and build confidence. When all of these techniques are used in tandem, his clients have an easier time modifying their mental processes and behavior patterns, which in turn, enables them to make the positive changes they want and accomplish their self-improvement goals.
